OmniCable® Offers Reliability and Performance with VFD Cables from Belden

9/20/2024

Even if your plant does not have a harsh operating environment, it is still a valuable investment to support the longevity and performance of your variable-frequency AC motor drives (VFDs) with cables that are designed specifically for that purpose. OmniCable® offers VFD Cables from Belden, built to withstand the high voltage spikes, substantial electronic emission noise levels and adverse environmental conditions that accompany VFDs. Belden initially engineered its VFD Cables in cooperation with a VFD manufacturer to account for common operations issues. Belden has designed and tested its products to handle the immediate and long-term impacts that VFDs put on power cables, meaning longer living drives and cables.
