Enclosure Modification Services at The Reynolds Company Fort Worth Branch
The Reynolds Company’s Fort Worth branch is installing a nVent Hoffman ModCenter (a CNC-based cutting system with sub-millimeter accuracy) to expedite custom control panel builds and enclosure modifications. This machine will enable automated, repeatable cuts of in-stock electrical boxes and back panels, reducing the lead time of precut enclosures for customers. As a certified distributor and operator of nVent Hoffman's ModCenter, The Reynolds Company can provide assembly-ready enclosures with clean holes and cutouts based on customer designs or existing CAD drawings.
With installation and training, the timeline for the ModCenter to be fully operational is the end of August 2024. The Reynolds Company’s years of experience operating the San Antonio-based ModCenter combined with the Fort Worth branch’s onsite Hoffman Meridian Enclosure Specialist will support the quick turnaround from install to operation.
